This heavy duty iron palm training bag is perfect for conditioning for solid and powerful strikes. Can be filled with your choice of materials to increase resistance as you get stronger. 10″ diameter, and can holdup to 15 lbs of lead shot. Ours is filled with dry beans to start you off, but you can replace with filling material appropriate to your training level. Constructed with heavy duty nylon abrasion resistant shell.
