Made of a thick and semi-rigid black rubber, these can easily be added to your favorite staff to turn it into a spear trainer. Simple and secure friction fit, attaches and removes easily without tools.  (Fits staffs up to 1″ diameter, larger staffs may require some reduction to fit.)
